Very poor and bad serice from Santam direct on a insurance claim
I logged an accident more than a month ago claim no.*** and have tried in vain to get hold to Mr. Welcome Mo***eng . The switchboard at Santam is also not responding to my calls after holding on for up to 40 minutes at a time.
