Very frustrating

I have paid excess fee on Friday, but I have been told about purchase order that it has not been approved yesterday it was approved and now I am being told to wait 3 to 5 working days. I have kept this insurance with mtn for the longest time because I once did a claim it was very fast and convenient I am not happy with their service as I wait for the device, I might even be getting it next week.
