Very disappointing

Santam has been very efficient with my own vehicle claim. The communication and progress on that side have been good, which is why I am struggling to understand why the third-party claim has been left unresolved for so long. I am honestly very stressed and disappointed with how my third-party claim is being handled

The third party has now gone as far as sending a letter of demand, which has been causing me a lot of stress. I have been waiting for this matter to be dealt with, but the claim seems to be going nowhere and I am not receiving the progress or urgency I would expect from my insurer as it has been 2 months now. I am terribly disappointed.
