Very disappointed

I've submitted a claim on the 22nd of January, since then I've been getting emails that an assessor has been appointed and will contact me. Four assessors appointed already but still nothing happening, no approval, nothing. My car hasn't been towed to the panel beater. When I try to contact them they say they will contact me. It's been two weeks. I'm very disappointed
