Very Disappointed

We have an claim with Santam.

Our vehicle is in for Attempted Theft.

Santam took our Bakkie in for repairs and eversince we were treated as if we were the ********s in trying to ***** our own bakkie.

We are now almost 2 weeks without our vehicle.

ThevClaims handler said someone will contact us but we get NO REPLY from them, it keeps costing us in trying to get someonebto help us properly.

We are very disappointed in the way we are treated by the arrogantbclaims handler.

When will we get our bakkie back?

Is it worth in having an Insurance with SANTAM????

When will we get our bakkiebback, we could off repaired it ourselves and been accused as an ******** ba SANTAM

We do not have airtime to hold on for ever, if we hold on we get cut off.
