Very bad service

Very bad service. I have send in a claim and the repair company talks to me a lot but santam hasn't call me even 1 time to tell me what the next step is or what they want to do. I'm still waiting for Felicia to call me after I have emailed here. I would definitely not recommend this bad service to anyone. Will rather pay more at a othe insurance for better service.
