Vehicle insurance payout

I had car insurance with Phoenix Risk solutions, a division of Santam insurance vantage insurance. I asked for a payout months ago and was declined. I then was advised that I can book in my vehicle and a courtesy vehicle will be available to me. I have everything on email, eventually they advised that they will settle the claim in cash, I advised them that the claim can't be settled on the old quote given the fact that it's an expired quote. I then got a new quote that's valid and they refuse to payout on the new quote. I mean it's months later and pricing changes. I want my payout for my vehicle on the new quote and need this done ASAP as I need to get my car booked in and fixed. This is not my mistake and mess up but Phoenix Risk solutions problem. I have all my proof on email, from asking for a cash settlement to advising that a courtesy vehicle is available to me. I want management to call me and resolve this ASAP.
