Uses 3rd party *********** assessors to get away from thier obligations

Worst insurance ever. Please save yourself, and insure with anyone else. Had a accident with my vehicle, after the repair, the vehicle showed signs of smoking in the day the repairer returned the vehicle to me. Immediately I returned the car to repairer. The car has been with repairer for 6 months now. The insurance has yet to respond after a 3rd party assesor came out and made a completely incorrect and *********** assessment. After getting a private vehicle specialist, we retrieve withheld information from the repairer and got all the information to show the cars problem pertains directly to accident and that the insurance was made aware but just overlooked it. Now they trying to claim the issues is "wear and tear" I had to then take it up with the ombudsman to which they haven't responded to yet. After recieveing all the information on my vehicle, and the withheld information, I have now decides to take it to social media, and if the ombudsman doesn't to come to amicable solution, I will take it further to highpoint. I will be documenting and sharing the entire case on various social media platforms which I will share with you all here so yourl can follow the case.
