Useless WhatsApp Bot!!
I requested a policy schedule at 15.50 today and was told due to ***** I need to request it via WhatsApp. I've been trying ever since then to do so. The app is SLOW AF and it takes forever to respond to you! It looks like it also times out because it basically loops asking for the same C R A P information over and over! *** SANTAM!!!
