Useless Santam

Horrid horrid, useless, they never answer calls. They want to just close claims on their side, my car is still damaged and I was forced to collect an incomplete car from renew it randburg. Santam closed the claim on their side and renew it marked my car as complete. My car is still damaged. They never fixed the roof, and it's riddled with hail dents. Santam never once from 7 Dec 2023cto 31 jan 2024 called me to give me a single update Santam consultants don't work, they get paid for nothing My assigned claim consultant never bothered to contact me from 7 Dec 2023 to 31 Jan 2024.
