Useless insurer

I'm leaving this insurance, why is it difficult changing my residential address and give me a quote if I add a courtesy car??? When debiting my account you do not miss the date the whole week I'm waiting for feedback, first it was a consultant that had no interest in helping who had to call me twice to get what I'm asking for which till today it hasn't been done. What happens if something were to go wrong where I'm now staying since you haven't change my address, this is now how I like things done.
