Useless insurance

So I was involved in a minor accident on the 4th of November this year, my claim was approved but guess what, my car is still in May garage not fixed, the assessor is not taking my call, the brocker is telling me that it’s festive and everyone is busy, so basically I am paying for an insurance which is useless and nowhere to be found in time of need, no one at the call center is helping, everytime I call Santam I’m told to call Robert De Klerk who is the assessor and not taking my calls, maybe this is just your way of telling me to start shopping around for an alternative, this is not value for money. Can you imagine, accident on the 4th, panel beater chosen by insurer and I’m told to bring my car in on the 28th for a repair.
