Useless Insurance

What a piece of bull this Santam Insurance are! We have been for Santam Insurance for years and 80% never claimed! Now that we want to claim a small thing like a heatpress that broke they are trying any way possible that the claim does not happen!!! We had to pay R650 for a engineering company to come and asses the heatpress and give a assesment letter stating the press is broken and cannot be fixed as you don't get the parts anymore, now Santam insurance are sending there own essestement team to come and check the press that after they told us we need to get sombebody to come out, so now they are costing us money for ****ing nothing as yes R650 falls from the sky!!! We cancelled our insurance with them today as we will not pay a cent more on an insurance company like this! Can just immagine if their is a break in or something bigger that needs to be claimed what nightmare that will be!!!
