Useless ****s

My clutch packed up at 9am last nyt, called the roadside assist. Told me 30min then anothr 30min..they got to me 2hrs latr and then the flatbed didnt wanna work on brand new truck. Kept calling their call centre to find out Eta and to complain etc but there were ony 3ppl there and are a bunch of ***** that kept dropping the call wenever u get ****n verbal. They have no under****nstanding of customers ****n frustration so the just hang up on a customer. Wat a buch of ****s! Been with them dor 15yrs, tym to shop around! Oh Btw, i have proof that I caaled at 9am and hav proof from the towtruck that they only dispatched him 1hr latr. **** u Santam....u wana take my money and give me this **** service...**** u and ur ***** staff mother****ers...ur not done with me yet!
