Useless Car insurance company SANTAM!!!!!

The worst ****ing imsurance company. I warn you people beware of Santam. My car was damaged by hail on the 30th November 2025. Santam is refusing to allow me to go to a panel beater of my choice. Secondly i send emails upon emails to the Asessor Sheldon that is another ****ing useless person. He refuses to even respond to any of my emails. I am going to go to the ombudsman and ask my attorney to take further legal action. They good to bull**** you into taking cover with them but when it comes to sorting claims they ****** ignore you.
