***********, useless, arrogant consultants

Santam doesn't care about policy holders under their affiliates. I paid thousands of rands and their agents are *********** and brainless. They are clueless about policies and don't know how to handle complaints and queries. I wish someone in this company had the knowledge, skills and education to answer simple, uncomplicated questions, without making stupid excuses and then refusing to respond when we ask questions. Kindly get someone who is competent to handle my complaint.
