Useless!!!

<p>I had an accident a few months ago (claim no ***) and my car was fixed but not the third party (Zodwa -083 432 ***) car. She was told that a Morris - *** was going to contact het about the claim but months later nothing has happend. This is very upsetting because we have insurance for a reason and if they do not want to help us they should let us know and we can take our business elsewhere! I have insurance so that they pay out when accidents do happen, but now they want to claim directly from me? It does not work like that and if this is not resolved by the morning of the 11th I am getting my attorney involved! (Policy no ***)</p>
