Update Credit Records. Cancelled policy with SANTAM

I cancelled my car insurance with Santam end of October. However to date my credit record has not been updated as it still shows that I have account with Santam. May I kindly request that you update your records as it now shows that I have 2 car insurances under my name . Account number: ********** 4792.
