<p>I have made my claim with them and everything went well, but now they are saying i have to pay an excess of R5000 of honest truth i have no problem with. Then when i ask for the quataion that my inspector got so that i can decide as to whether the claim is worth paying the R5000, the inspector has been making me wait, i have even given him my e-mail address and up to this day i have not receieved his response if more than anything he does not take my calls anymore.</p>
