Unsatisfied Customer With Santam Insurance Service

I was insured by Santam insurance and got involved in an accident, they took my car for repairs at Alpha Panel Beaters in Empangeni where I was not treated very very. I hit a *** on the road and the impact was on a driver’s side. When my car was still in repairs I had requested from my insurance to replace the damaged parts with original parts from VW and they agreed to do that only to find out that they were not going to do what I’ve requested them to do as their client. I told them that I was not happy with the windscreen they’ve installed in my vehicle and they requested that I send them a letter from VW because they are claiming that the windscreen that they have installed meets the VW requirements. This insurance doesn’t care whether the client is happy with their service or not but they just do what they think is right for them. I have only requested that they install a genuine VW windscreen and that have refused, I have always paid my premiums as per our agreement and now they are failing to do what I want as their customer.
