Unreliable!!
Santam said if they cannot beat my car insurance they will give me a Takealot voucher. Someone called me, we went through the process then when the consultant realised that the premium is still higher than my current insurance, he said he will call the next day and he never did. I’ve been with for the cal until now. I was actually willing to change to Santam but clearly it’s unreliable.

24 Jul 2025, 09:53I was not provided with anything. I didn’t even receive an email or any sort of communication. He just asked me how much I’m currently paying then I told him. He then said he’ll call the next day and he hasn’t up until today
