Unqualified contractors

I had a claim regarding geyser that bust, long story short the contractors took the cubboard appar5 to replace the ceiling, and after hanging the dameged doors wrongly back on the cubboard they only wanted to wash the dameged doors clean with sugar soap, they could not get it clean and I insisted that the whole cubboard needed replacing due to its an old frame, nd them makeing new hole in some places ans only patching it with silicone, so after they left and me not aproving their job and reporting santam to the onbudsman that im going to try and pack some of my stuff back into the cubboard untill the case is resolved, as im on a ladder opening the door it broke ot of the cubboard frame and landed on my foot, I had to go and see a Dr because I could not stand on the foot, now after many months of going back and forward with Santam they Nicolette Wessels who is working with the claim, is still claiming that I want I new cubboard but nothing is damaged on the old, they dont even want to send an assessor to come and asses the work the poor workmanship that has been done...How do I take this further due to the fact that the cubboard is ****aged, and not stable as it used to be before the geyser burst and that I hurt myself due to the bad workmanship?
