Santam repudiated my claim and accused me of reckless driving even when there was a witness involved. They did no such investigation and just refused to pay out. Their client drive into my car and a witness helped both of them on the scene. The witness details was provided to Santam and the rejected the claim without investigating. Santam does not follow the letter of the law instead make accussations as if they were indeed at the scene. Thabiso Seleke is a dishonest claims consultant and his manager Lungiswa is non the better. In Thabiso's rejection letter he states and i quote 'your driver failed to exercise due care for themselves and other road users', as if he was there and this came after a phone call where be blatantly lies about the content of an email. This is really poor and pathetic service from a household brand especially if it this is against the law. A witness came forward and even written out an affidavit stating their client Techni Paints was driving recklessly and caused the incident.
