UNHELPFUL CONSULTANT

Good day,

I would like to lodge a formal complaint against one of the consultants I dealt with at Santam. Her name is Lulama Mkhwanaze.

I needed a review on my policy and she was not helpful because when i questioned her about the Sasria amount she could not answer my questions, instead she wanted to end the call.

She is rude and *********** to say the least. I have been with Santam for 6 years and have not received such a disgusting attitude from any of your consultants or broker. Her services are despicable and she needs serious training.

At this point I still don't know whether my policy has been reviewed or not.
