Unhappy service

Me and fiance did take out a home insurance every month we need to explain that we didn't move in yet and that they need to refund we did ask for them can't they extend the policy two of Three months or we let them know when we are moving in every motnh after the call the ask us to rate te services on Hello Peter every month is the same thing all over again we can't hold track when you need to call every month and when I did ask them to cancel the policy know they have the option to extend the policy till August Santam was our first choice but after this we have to think again
