UNHAPPY CUSTOMER OVER POOR SERVICE

OMG...The Horrible service i received from SANTAM RETENTIONS TODAY was out of this world.i held for good 32minutes and finally my call its transfered to a consultant at Retentions (i didnt get his name but he said his Supervisor its KGAOGELO) The consultant was speaking over me,i requested his supervisor then he hang up on me,he then calls me back claiming the call was disconnected,still not willing to assist or atleast listen to me,he continued speaking overme then eventually he dropped the phone on me again.I WANT SANTAM TO PULL THE RECORDING OF MY CALL AND QUALITY ASSURANCE TEAM MUST LISTEN TO THE CALL AND GIVE ME A FEEDBACK.
