Unhappy Customer

How I am regarding in using Santam as my insurer the cash claim is taking forever, when I call the guy (Jaco Glober) who is in charge of my claim, he dismissed me with an attitude he told I am very busy sorry I will call you and which he did not call. I am asking myself the is no SLA for each claim
