Unhappy customer

This is horrible.

I took an insurance for livestock on my farm. I paid them an annual premium. I asked the broker to explain to me the activities that is covered under this insurance She was too busy ro attend to my plea because I already paid for the whole The snow then killed my cattle and calves and after that fire broke from neighboring farms at night and the whole grazing area was completely burned down I put a claim and the consultant was appointed. I was told that the assess would be appointed soon It took more than month for the assess to be appointed. My cattle was starving and I lost another lot due to hunger After that the assessor sent the outcome to the broker and the broker denied receiving the document until I decided to call the insurance again The lady decided to do a conference call . The broker denied receiving until the insurance gave them time and email where the document was sent She ultimately accepted that she received the letter and she will communicate it to me in the afternoon. I got the document around 18h00 declining the claim. When I asked them the reasons they told me that the insurance doesn't cover those natural disasters but decided to compensate me with only R10 000 I was very angry because what can you do with R 5000 when you lost so much. This is is nonsense
