Unhappy client

As a Santam client since 2023 I’ve always been happy…. If I had claimes they have always sort it out quickly but I’ve been struggling with my policy since Beginning of November 2025 and that’s just to sort out my premium and debt order 🥺 the service I received from customer care is really bad from give you the debt amount and deducting a completely different amount 😕 you phone in to sort it out but nobody ever gets back to you 😕

Again I had to phone in this morning to hear what they will be deducting 😕I’m really thinking about looking for another insurance company 😕 I’m not happy at all 😕 what do I pay for!???
