Unfinish querie for payout

For the past 3 years Santam has been deducting premiums for one of my vehicles that had been a writeoff in an accident …when I contacted them to add a vehicle I picked up this error regarding the writeoff vehicle it’s been 6-8 months now that I ddint receive my premiums yet as per one of the brokers who told me that they will pay back the funds that was deducted for the past 3 years still no luck thinking of moving my business with them else wherrr
