Unfair Treatment Towards A Third Party Claim
Ref:claim ***:I am very unhappy with the way my third party claim has been treated.It has now been more than 3 months ago that my car has been bumped into by a Santam client.On the evening of the accident Santam's client admitted she was at fault because she was turning left and looking to her right hand side in the oppisite direction \at the vagrants under the bridge"this she admitted when she was asked by the driver of my car how can she turn left and look the other way instead of looking where she was turning.At that moment of the incident the driver of my car was on the straight and Santams client turned left"

The reason why we could not accommodate your claim was that our client's version of events differs from your driver's version. There are therefore conflicting statements and without any independent eyewitnesses to prove the contrary, we cannot entertain your claim.
If you can provide us with statements of independent eyewitnesses of the accident, then we will reconsider and reopen the claim.
