Unfair treatment from Santam

I'm insured with Santam for over 4 years now and my car has been ****** on the 8th Jan and now they don't want to pay for my car because only now they notice that I don't have a tracker that my Broker never confirmed that I have. I wasn't aware that m car was a high risk. I have lost my job in 2019 but since then I made sure I pay my premiums to cover myself in cases like this but unfortunately that wasn't good enough for my broker and Santam. They arranged a courtesy car for me that I used for 30 days and to my surprise I was called on the same day that they were coming to collect the car, I was so inconvenienced I called my broker to tell him to extend it with just 1 day as I wasn't around but he still couldn't do that for me, they came and collected the car, I had to arrange a transport to take me back home. I'm extremely disappointed with Santam, I had only 1 claim in that 4 years I have been with them.
