Unfair treatment by Santam

My car got damaged through an accident caused by a truck owned by cigars and champagne company, owner Victor Johannes Jacobus. I submitted all documents required for third party claim and after months of waiting for my car to be fixed Santam refused Claim Number *** / Policy Number *** to fix my car and reason was there was no cooperation from their client Victor J J who didn't send the description of the accident, drivers statement but he was paid for damages on his car without a description of how the accident occurred,*** the broker for Victor JJ said all documents were submittedto Santam and refused to send me a Proof dou to POPI act. Santam advised me to take it legal route only to find out from the lawyer that the company was liquidated and Victor JJ and his broker *** never responded to lawyer emails. On day of accident Victor JJ told me that my car should be towed to a storage with his truck to be assessed together and towing was authorized by Santam and Precision towing documents indicated that it was third party claim but I was then told it wasn't authorized and I should remove my car from storage and pay myself which cost me R29000 to take it out of Precision storage in Pretoria.
