UNFAIR TREATMENT

We were in an accident on 14 Feb 2019 where their client failed to obey traffic regulations and hit us while we where turning left she was turning right. ever since then i have been in a battle with santam for 2 years after they rejected my claim against their guilty client. They never looked at the actual police report they harassed me for the payment of R48 000 but they refuse to pay out my damages of R25 000 and just revered me back and forth to different departments and keep protecting their guilty client all because i can't afford insurance. They are protecting guilty road user . I provided them time after time with all the proof they still claim their client is innocent any fool who looks at the photo's i took on scene will see the truth. Their client never even got out of the car all evidence and photo's they used is what i took on scene and submitted with the claim. They don't worry about truth or evidence they just protect their guilty clients. What happened to actual investigating and fair treatment.
