Unfair practice/Outcome

<p>App**** for a third party claim and feel the interaction with Legal consultant investigating the claim was not at all helpful no telephone etiquette poor interaction based on the facts feel we have been disadvantaged on the claim. Their report just deals with overtaking and my son was just making a right turn.then this motorbike comes from no where between the cars and collided in my sons car from the back if you see the damage .What happened on this case was not fair and don't think the witness affidavit was not acknowledged.</p>
