Unfair paid claim: Claim no: ***

I claimed for an item on my policy and Vuyiswa Magadla said they can only pay out for accidental damage as the item was not specified on my contract. I then asked that there point out on my contract the clause that stipulates that Valuable items needs to be specified and no one could do so, the lady even rudely said I can go look at my contract if not there I can consult my lawyers. The team self cannot point out the clause on the contract. Santam choose to pay a lesser amount of accidental as the initial claim was too expensive, even the assessor mentioned that he was taking long to finalize the claim as the amount was too much. I have asked them to listen to recordings and no one seems to care.
