Unfair claim handling

I submitted a claim via my broker First Equity on the 7th of September 2015.<br> <br> I was asked of the how the incident occurred and I related everything and submitted all the quotation requested.<br> I was also asked to send any proof that I had my claim items (Mag wheels) which I even sent the pics Ntombie Nene requested, sent a customer eft copy to proof purchase of tyres. <br> <br> I was still requested to send an invoice for the eft copy of which I explained that I didn't have.<br> <br> Can someone tell me if it's a crime to submit any claim with you guys??<br> Will I ever get any peace should I have any claim?<br> Should I now be worried if you'll ever help me in future should I have a claim?<br> <br> #\Insurer that looks for a reason to pay"@SantamInsurance I wonder :-(<br> <br> Can someone please explain @least then. <br> <br> """
