My cover started yesterday 1 December 2025, and I am already considering giving notice. I have now submitted my online photos for my cars 4 times, each time getting a message that states, "Vehicle Inspection Complete" and "thank you for submitting your images. One of our agents will be in contact should we need further information". After checking with them again today, no images received on their side. It is actually laughable.
