This morning i received a SMS that a Debit order went off for a higher amount that its suppose to be. Santam never advised me about the increase on my policy. This is *********. There should be some communication to a client before doing the increase. In this tough times they pushing up my policy and i cannot afford this. I'll have to cancel my policy with Santam and take my business elsewhere.
