Dont trust Santam, their client hit my vehicle on the 11 October, it's now the 27 November, I've been trying to claim third party from them, but they try everything they can to stall the process in the hope you give up. I've sent all the documents, and was told by their legal department that everything is right, but they still just make you run around in circles trying to get them to pay.
