Unauthorized Debit Order
Santam I would appreciate if you can stop debiting my account. I have been asking you to stop debiting me since the 16th of October 2018 since you wrote off my vehicle and you said YES, you will stop but you didn't. Till to date you are still deducting for car that doesn't exist. I am now low rated on credit because of your stupidity. Each consultant I get to speak to confirms that it's system error and would send me confirmation that the policy is canceled but you still debiting. Why doesn't the policy lapse since you not getting payments from me and stop the damn debit order?? I DON'T OWE YOU ANY MONEY
