UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTION

Santam's unauthorized deduction on my bank account. I am unable to uphold my commitments as a result of their actions, leaving me in a difficult financial situation. I contacted the Santam call centre earlier today and spoke with Tembisa at 16:16, who informed me that it would take two weeks for the refund to start. Unfortunately, I am unable to wait this long as I have a family to feed, I require fuel for my vehicle and during this time, my service providers are charging me penalties for not being able to uphold my commitments.

I am unable to cancel the deduction on my banking app nor do I have time to go to a bank to stop the deduction.

I would like my premium refunded within 24 hours.

Did the broker just push this sale for commission?
