Unauthorised deductions & pathetic service!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would!!

After cancelling my policy with Santam because I sold my vehicle and bought another one, they still continued to deduct an instalment and even though I wanted an immediate refund they told me to take it up with the broker and it was a continuous back and forth for my own money which it was so easily for them and come and ***** without my permission and now I have to wait 7-10 days for my refund which I think is utter bs! Ontop of it all I was charged by my bank R200 because of that account running into a negative balance as only my debit orders are linked to that acc of which I transfer money to each month - so who’s going to refund me for that charges?? It is day 7 and I am still waiting on money that’s rightfully mine! I spoke so highly of Santam but this is utter bs I will be sharing this to my family members who signed up to Santam and tell them to cancel their policy’s as this is just ********! - I don’t believe any company aren’t allowed to make immediate payments that is bs if a normal person can do it, then so can a company - it was easy for you to just deduct but now when it comes to paying back now I have to wait for my own money- Santam just a bunch of ******* and I’ll never go back to them!
