Unauthorised Debit Order
My bank account was debited on 29 April with R3000 and this same amount was unpaid by my bank. This caused my other debit orders which I catered for to also be unpaid plus bank charged me for all these unpaids. Problem is I have never had any dealings with this company so I am really dumb struck why they would do something like this to a student. My name is Kimberley Tyla Ross contact ********** 556 dob is 09/04/1997.

May you please provide us with your ID number so that we can check on our system if we have a policy linked to you, alternatively if you could provide us with the reference number on your bank statement next to the amount deducted -- it should be a J number.
