Unacceptable weather alert sms messages

Once again I have received one of your spam/junk unwanted, unsolicoted and unapproved weather alert sms messages to my cell phone. I previously raised this issue on the 30th October 2023. I received an email from your Client Engagement team (Santam Direct) advising me that my complaint had been escalated to the broker department. I was given a request number . Nothing has happened. To restate: I have never given you permission to distribute my cell number to the SA Weather Service or any other third party without my explicit consent. You are therefor in violation of the conditions and terms of the POPI Act. NOW RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND ENSURE THAT THESE JUNK SMS MESSAGE CEASE.
