Unacceptable Pathetic Claim Response

Over 6 weeks ago we made a 3 rd party claim after our vehicle was hit by a client of theirs, to date we have not even seen assessor, and no to be told it can take up to 60 WORKING days to finalize our claim, what utter b*$t, this takes insurance companies to new depths of ineptitude.Pathetic and unacceptable..
