Two weeks Since Accident
So here I am again. My second claim ever from Santam and again, just as traumatic as the first. With my first claim it took more than 3 weeks for them to process a pay out of just over R8000 for a break in into our garage. This time around my car has been written off and today it's two weeks since the accident and yup, you guessed it. No pay out yet. And because I'm not paying an additional R72 per month for car hire (yup, everything extra cost extra) I'm reliant on others for transportation.

31 Oct 2017, 12:00So I've rep**** to Mr Koopman's email to me with my policy number, awaiting any feedback from him. In the meantime the Santam agent assigned to my claim is asking for my car registration forms to be uploaded to the system (documents that has been handed in at the local Santam branch Vrydag 27 Oct around noon) since he doesn't see the documents on the system yet and he cannot continue with the claim without the documents. Not sure if they misplaced/lost my original documents now.
