Turn around time.

Bad experience ever the turn around time is a nightmare, registered a claim on the 10th of September 2024 till to this date they are still validating the claim, as a result the 30 days of a courtesy car has lapsed and I'm left with no car. When I check as to when should I expect feedback the answer I'm getting is, "I am not sure we are still busy". Yet I've been paying car insurance to assist incase of accidents and theft.
