Trying to change regular driver on my policy

I emailed santam trying to change the regular driver of my policy as my wife is now driving my car. I also wanted to change to a direct client of santam. The email that I received back told me to phone the call center and I asked if they could call me. Until now I have not received a phone call. I have been looking at other insurance brokers and all of them phoned me within the same day.
