Totally Useless as Usual!!!

I lodged a claim on Sat 08 June and received an email that an assessor was appointed nosiphiwo mtsotso. By Tuesday I hadn't heard from her so I sent her an email and as usual with Santam, no response. It's almost Thursday and I still haven't heard from this D A M woman or anyone from Santam. I lodge so many complaints abt Santam that I think they have just given up coz they are so useless!!!!
